Draft

Each of the divisions at DBGS (6U through 14U) utilize a round-robin style draft process.  All Managers for each specific division meet privately in order to discuss and, ultimately, choose individual players for their teams.  Once the draft process is finalized, Managers are given player data sheets and expected to contact team members and their parents promptly to begin organizing the season.
