All Team Managers:

Team managers are responsible for equipment assigned to them.

Take proper care of equipment.

Call Equipment Manager if any equipment is in need of repair or replacement A.S.A.P.

All equipment issued must be return on assigned day after conclusion of season.

Equipment assigned is valued at approximately $350.00.
Equipment not returned is the responsibility of the team manager.

Team manager will not be allowed to manage any future teams if equipment is not returned or replaced.

If equipment is not returned or replaced by closing day cerimonies, team players will not receive trophy or year book.
