Coach Resources
At DBGS, we love the game of softball and the opportunities it affords young girls to grow socially, emotionally, intellectually, and physically. Managers and Coaches are the volunteers who have the opportunity to make greatest impact on our players. We want to ensure managers and coaches provide the most positive experience possible for every young lady. We require that all managers and coaches be trained in the game's fundamentals, acquire ASA's "ACE" Certification, and pass an ASA background check.
We know that our girls need positive role models, and DBGS selects managers and coaches that realize that their efforts are not just about softball, but also about helping every player grow as an individual both on and off the diamond. We are honored that DBGS is the youth sports venue that so many parents have chosen for their family!
