DBGS Managers and Coaches

We at DBGS love the game of softball and the opportunities it affords to young girls to grow socially, emotionally, intellectually and physically. Managers and Coaches are the volunteers who have the opportunity to make most impact on the participants in the league. We want to ensure managers and coaches provide the most positive experience possible for every young person. We require all managers and coaches to be trained in the game’s fundamentals, acquire ASA certification and pass our background check.

We know that our girls need positive role models, and DBGS selects managers and coaches that realize that their efforts are not just about softball, but helping every young person grow as individuals on and off the diamond. We are honored that DBGS is the youth sports venue that so many parents have chosen for their family.
