Michelle Lardenoit Scholarship
In 1985, the Diamond Bar Girl's Softball League established a yearly scholarship award in memory of Michelle Lardenoit who both played and umpired in Diamond Bar.

Qualification and Nomination Process
Candidates must have played in the Diamond Bar Girls Fastpitch Softball league for a minimum of two (2) complete seasons, have a minimum grade point average of 2.0 (on a 4.0 scale), and plan to attend an institution of higher learning the following school year. Candidates for this award must apply by submitting an application for committee review and final selection.

Funding is made from a special account which was established from the snack bar revenues. The value of the scholarship is a function of the interest earned on that account. Anyone wishing to make a donation to the account should contact any Executive Board member.
